Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards

Dannii was honoured to host the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards 2008 in the U.K.

Two of Dannii's favourite moments were hosting The Lion King special for Disney and hosting the most recent UK Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards.

The KCAs received rave reviews and a 60% increase in audience figures. Following the 'soggy-celebrity-footsteps' of Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz, Dannii survived and giggled her way through the shower of slime.
So impressed was the President of Nickelodeon U.S., Cyma Zarghami, that she requested Dannii lecture with her at a members only event at the British Academy of Film & Television Arts (BAFTA).

It Takes Two - Guest judge

2008: After being the winning X Factor judge 2007 and showing Australia who's got talent, Dannii was approached by Channel 7 (Au) to fill in as a guest judge on their show It Takes Two for their 80's special.

“I'm so excited to take part on It Takes Two as a guest judge. It's good family fun and impossible not to be hooked on this show. It's going to be strange giving a score rather than a yes, no or a buzz! FYI: any daggy shoulder pads, satin shirts or big perms are sure to score the contestants bonus points with me!” said Dannii.

It Takes Two was a success for Dannii and she won the viewers heart. They even wanted Channel 7 to hire her for the show, permanently.

Australia's Got Talent

2007- Dannii started her TV judge career on Australia's Got Talent ( the Australian version of Americas no1 reality show "America's Got Talent" all created by Simon Cowell) The show was a huge success. "Dannii's Got Talent" is now the main subject in TV land of Oz.

The X Factor

2007- Dannii a judge on the british hitshow the X Factor. (now on it's 4th series) Entertainment show of the year at the National TV Awards & most recently won the BAFTA award for Entertainment show 2006. A reality show searching for the biggest and brightest new singing acts.

Young Talent Time

"I'm Dannii!" 11 year old Dannii greets the TV viewers on YTT's 500th episode show.

Young Talent Time was the show that put Dannii's name in the headlines. Singing, dancing, performing, presenting, acting and even producing her own song together with co-stars Vince Del Tito & Tim Nelson, Dannii had the time of her life on the show. She was on YTT (as it's also known as) as a team member from 1982-1988.

Ant & Dec TV Show

1997: Dannii starred as Princess Hottie Tottie in a sketch on the Ant and Dec tv show. Dannii acted as a princess and was on tv weekly in this sketch for a few months.

Home & Away

1989/1990 Dannii starred as Emma Jackson in her first major tv role written especially for her and thanks to her, the soap became an international hit. Home & Away is australia's biggest soap and has won awards, recently TV week logies 2007 for best soap.
